New Milfoil sites:
During 2007 there
were 4 additional confirmed Vermont bodies of water
with Eurasian Milfoil:
Hough
Pond(Sudbury), North Hartland Reservoir(Hartford),
Hartland Small Pond(Arlington), and Small
Pond(Hinesburg). Total VT Milfoil lakes: 64 and
other bodies of water: 26.

Summer Schedule

- Thurs, July 3rd at dusk - Fireworks (rain date
July 12th)
- Fri, July 4th 1:00 PM Boat Parade beginning at
the south end of the pond near the Dubois camp and
progressing clockwise around the pond. Prizes
for the best decorated boat and the Dubois will be
awarding the best decorated shoreline. (Thank you,
Roger!)

Sat, July 5th, 8:00 - 9:00 AM - Coffee, donuts and
conversation at the Nature Center.

Sat, July 5th and Sun, 6th - Vermont Boaters Safety
Course at the Nature Center. For more information
