*Annual meeting Saturday September 5, 2015 @ 10:00 am sharp. Arrive a few minutes early please! Boulder Beach Pavilion

 

Preamble:  A meeting of the membership is required at this time by the bylaws of the association for the purpose of electing the trustees and clerk.  This meeting is also qualified to act on such business as may be brought before it.

 

 

1)      Call to Order-quorum confirmation (20 members required)103 present

 

2)      Introduction of new camp owners, and association members: the welcoming committee Jim Soutar, and Milt Lamberton Paytons, Palmers, Guys

a.      Bladderwort: Josh Mulhollem with the water quality division of the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources State assistance by grant and access available, harvesting the only option. Committee to be formed

c.      Boat Launch Privileges 6 events per camp owner, launch dummy locked till Oct. 15th, or call the maintenance shed for assistance

d.      Boat parade-most creative category       Category Added
